About us
We are passionate about cakes and biscuits and everything sweet.
Corinna Hartwig has baking and pâtisserie in her blood. Her maternal grandfather and uncle used to own a "Bäckerei/Konditorei" at the Marketsquare in Colditz, Germany. Her mother used to love cooking and baking and would get little Corinna to help in the kitchen. Later on, during her teenage years, Corinna would take on holiday jobs in delicatessen houses in Munich and even work at Fauchon in Paris. With a background in fashion design, she can now marry design with taste! Have a look at our very unique cake collections...
With one of her sons having been severly food allergic to egg, dairy and nuts, she has a great understanding of the problems encountered when catering for food allergic people. She will try her best to accomodate yours, without compromising on taste and presentation.
We endeavour to use as many local ingredients as possible, to keep the carbon footprint low and do our bit for the planet.
