Food allergies

We endeavour to use as many local ingredients as possible, such as local free range eggs, locally milled flour (often unbleached and organic) and 100% real butter.

All other ingredients are of high quality and where appropriate we will try to use fairtrade/organic goods.

Few food miles, local produce, organic farming and a greener planet are dear to our heart.

We also try to use natural flavours, wherever possible.

Please ask us for our favourite flavours, or we can create your own personalised flavour combinations.

We are registered with Environmental Health and hold a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Certificate.
